CROSSFIT

This program delivers comprehensive, class-ready CrossFit workouts that follow a consistent and intentional structure: general warm-up, movement prep, strength or skill development, the workout of the day (WOD), and a guided cooldown. You'll also see partner workouts, benchmark-style pieces, and interval formats to keep training varied and fun.

We program with a clear preference for barbell-based strength and conditioning and workouts that emulate the intensity and simplicity of classic CrossFit. Expect workouts that feel familiar—yet fresh—and consistently build fitness across all domains.

If you're looking to take your weightlifting to the next level, I offer two coaching options tailored to your goals. You can subscribe to my team programming through California Strength, where you'll follow the same proven system I used throughout my career—perfect for athletes who thrive in a structured, high-performance environment. For a more personalized approach, I also offer custom remote coaching with individualized programming, weekly video feedback, and direct communication to support your specific needs and goals. Whether you're chasing the podium or building technical consistency, I've got a program to support your journey.
